What do you need to file a claim?

- Copy of patient demographic form
- Copy of the front and back of insurance card(s)
- Superbills, daysheets, or daily charge sheets which include CPT
   Codes and ICD-9 Codes. Also modifiers and HCPCS Codes
   if needed.

Do I still need to keep records in my office?
Yes, all original paperwork must be kept at your office in accordance with state and federal record retention laws.
 

Where do patients and insurance companies send their checks?
All payments from patients and insurance companies go directly to your office. This gives you control and access to your money.

Can the patients call your office to inquire about their account?
Patients are welcome to contact our office if they have questions about their accounts.

Do you provide procedures and/or diagnosis coding?
No, because we don't have access to the patient's medical record.

Why don't you list your prices?
We customize our services to meet your needs. We recognize that you may not want or need all of our services.

Why should I change from my existing billing service to you?
You must ask yourself if you are satisfied with your current billing service. Are they collecting as much for you as you think they should? Are you satisfied with their service? Are your claims being followed up on in a timely manner?
