We use Collaborate MD Practice Management Software which is internet based and HIPAA compliant. Collaborate MD uses encrypted 256-bit SSL connection and their services use the highest quality firewalls. Since Collaborate MD is web based, it's perfect for providers who have multiple locations or want access from their home. This software can be loaded on your computer(s) for free and you are able to access your account at any time. MetroScript has secure web-based HIPAA compliant interface and is protected by 128-bit encryption secure socket Layer (SSL). MetroScript has two options for dictations; Upload audio files (WAV or DSS format) option or toll-free phone in dictation option.
